LEADING Bahrain-based development company Era Projects has signed a multi-dinar contract with one of the world's largest and most reputable corporations for the construction of Era Tower, the kingdom's tallest luxury residential abode.
China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) listed 17th in Fortune Global 500 - the magazine's annual ranking of the globe's largest companies - was established in 1982 and has been engaged in the construction of numerous celebrated building projects.
They include the airport terminal project in Hong Kong, the World Trade Centre in the Chinese capital of Beijing, Palm Jumeirah Villa Dubai and Al Zallaq Beach Resort Bahrain. The company is also involved in port works, roads and drainage and site formation as well as being land piling specialist contractors.
With the outside taken care of, no expensive is being spared on ensuring the BD45 million Era Tower project's unique specification meets buyers' demands and desires.
