Reef - Real Estate Finance Company recently undertook its most recent intern training programme.
The company selected two university students to take part in the programme which aims to provide an insight into work in the real estate and finance sector.
The two month programme, which began in July, is designed to assist students in gaining vocational experience in their respective fields of study. More importantly, the initiative seeks to give students nearing graduation a gateway into their professional careers.
Head of human resources and administration, Fathia Al Awadhi said: "Reef is committed to assisting in the professional growth of future generations through practical mentoring and training programmes which support their academic courses.
"We believe that internship experience such as that undertaken provides youths with a better ability to decide on future career paths. We are especially pleased to note that some of our interns from previous years have chosen to stay on with us, starting their careers, here at Reef.
"We aim to provide this training opportunity every year in order to enhance the skills and experiences of Bahraini young people entering the workforce."
