Era's 40-storey project in Hoora

Era Projects, the Bahraini real estate development company, is planning to launch a 40-storey freehold residential tower in Hoora called Aya Tower. Covering a built-up area of 25,000 sq m, the luxurious tower consists of 162 apartments overlooking the sea.

The apartments vary in size from 56 sq m to 109 sq m, ranging from studio to one and two bedroom apartments. The tower will also contain two penthouse suites with state-of-the-art amenities such as swimming pools, fully equipped gymnasiums, sauna, steamroom and multipurpose rooms. There will also be a five floor car park to accommodate 173 cars plus additional space for visitors.

Marketing manager Ghizlane Remmal told GulfWeekly Era Projects is also planning to brand a new tower called Era Business. This 30-storey commercial building will be located in the heart of the Diplomatic area, opposite Bait Al Quran.

As reported in GulfWeekly, Era Projects is making its mark on the landscape of Bahrain with a number of projects such as the $115 million Era Tower, the 30-storey Avare located in Seef, the 11-storey Bay View in Mahooz and the 20-storey Al-Fateh Project in Hoora.

The 50-storey Era Tower has 400 apartments in the Seef district, a four-floor car park, three swimming pools, two fully-equipped gymnasiums, sauna, Jacuzzi, jogging track, picnic area, children's playground and a fully-equipped business centre.

The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2010.
