Anders Brocknaes, pictured below, has been appointed as the new general manager for sales at Audi Middle East.

The 33-year old Swedish national, who joined Audi Middle East as senior product and price manager in 2006, was recently promoted to head the sales division of the company based on his extensive knowledge of the region and its dynamics, as well as drawing on his experience at the head office of the German car manufacturer.

Following his studies of business administration in the US, Mr Brocknaes joined major Swedish logistics provider Lagertrans AB before taking a position as dealer account manager at Ford Credit, Sweden.

He later joined Ford Motor Company in Cologne, Germany, as a specialist for pricing and European revenue management in 2002 and then moved to AUDI AG in 2004.
