Mšvenpick Hotel Bahrain is marking the parent company's 60th anniversary this month by serving the most popular classics from its culinary history.

During the festival weeks the existing culinary choice will be complemented by a specially created menu.

Ueli Prager opened the first Mšvenpick restaurant in the Swiss city of Zurich in 1948 and now Mšvenpick Hotels & Resorts currently boasts more than 90 hotels in operation or under construction in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

Guests will have an opportunity to reminisce about the past and enjoy the most popular of the Mšvenpick classics, re-interpreted with a contemporary touch. Daily from 11am to 11pm, on the menu will be favourites such as tartar and smoked salmon alongside 'ZŸrcher Geschnetzeltes' and 'Riz Casimir'. This culinary experience will be rounded off with Mšvenpick ice cream and apple cake, not forgetting, of course, a cup of delicious Mšvenpick coffee.

A hotel spokesman added: "We will also continue to serve our popular culinary fares and specialty nights - Seafood Market on Mondays, Steak Night on Thursdays and the renowned Friday Brunch."
