THE Totally Fish outlet at the City Walk in Bahrain City Centre gives the impression of an authentic seaside eaterie with long aquariums and seafood served hot and fresh, writes SHILPA CHANDRAN.
The international restaurant is one of the latest additions launched in partnership with Alshaya Trading Company.
Following the principle of 100 per cent freshness, Totally Fish boasts international seafood cuisine merged with contemporary and classic seafood creations featuring exotic and subtle flavours.
Customers can choose from a wide variety of delicacies from the a La Carte menu or pick fresh seafood of their choice from the fish displayed in the aquariums, the 'Catch of the Day', in addition to the lobster tank which houses fresh Canadian lobster.
Dedicated to seafood lovers Totally Fish offers a range of cooking styles including grilled, baked, stir-fried, steamed, marinated and served with sauces.
Special dishes include salt baked sea bass and totally salmon banana papillote which is fresh salmon topped with peppers and rich spices baked in banana leaf.
The menu also features warm soups, a selection of appetisers, fresh crisp salads and desserts full of flavour.

The interiors boast rustic wooden dŽcor with marine elements.
The fish bar and the detailed accessories of the restaurant setting resemble an original fish market and give guests an authentic maritime dining experience.
