Developer Al Saraya has announced its plans for the coming months with two new projects in defiance of the economic downturn.
General manager Redha A Halim Mukhtar said: "In keeping with the spirit of leadership and our fundamental understanding of the current market demand, we are not going to sit and let the world go by. People still need their dream homes and we are proud to launch two new projects, Marsa 2 in Amwaj Islands and Al Murkh in Saar."
Marsa 2 is a gated community of 25 villas, situated within the Tala Lagoon, next to the Fay Beach project and within easy reach from the upcoming commercial centre, The Lagoon.
Marsa 2 is a cluster of aesthetically designed villas, with three and four bedroom units, many of which will have direct access to the private beach. This freehold gated community will also include a health club and a swimming pool.
The three bedroom villas start at BD165,000 and the four bedroom homes at BD175,000 with finance packages available.
Al Murkh has nine buildings set within a leafy landscape in the prestigious Saar area and offers one and two bedroom flats at very reasonable prices for ownership by Bahraini and other GCC nationals.
