Cluttons has leased a further office suite in Al Raya building to Yazi Capital for use as a new head office.
The company's commercial leasing agent, Catesby Paget said: "Seef is the most sought after office location in Bahrain. Its central location, easy access and abundant car parking are the major factors that attract clients to the area.
"The current financial climate has had an effect on office take up but the Al Raya building, which is let and managed by Cluttons, is one of the premire office buildings in the Seef District and as such is still able to attract the best tenants. Being next to Le Chocolat always helps."
