Wednesday (Feb 3)Documentary - Secrets of the Taj Mahal on NGC at 6pm.

The Taj Mahal: Symbol of India, architectural jewel, and monument to a grand passion. Built in the 17th century by the Great Mogul Shahjahan, the Taj Mahal was built in honour of the love of his life, Mumtaz Mahal. Built on the banks of the Yamuna river in Agra, it is said to have required over 20,000 workers including the best craftsmen of the empire. Millions of bricks were baked on site only to disappear forever under flawless white marble.

Animation - The Simpson's Movies on Star Movies at 8.30pm.

When Homer accidentally pollutes Springfield's lake, the government decides to enclose the entire town in giant glass dome. While Marge is outraged by Homer's monumental blunder, a vengeful mob of locals target the Simpson household. After narrowly escaping, the family flees to Alaska. But when the President decides to wipe out Springfield in a nuclear blast, Homer embarks on a journey of redemption.

Oscar (Will Smith) is a fast-talking little fish who dreams big. But his big dreams land him in hot water when a great white lie turns him into an unlikely hero. At first, his fellow fish swallow Oscar's story hook, line and sinker and he is showered with fame and fortune. It's all going along swimmingly, until it starts to become clear that Oscar's tale about being the defender of the Reef is all wet. Oscar is finding out that being a hero comes at a market price when his lie threatens to make him the Catch of the Day.

SATURDAY (Feb 6)

Film - Reign of Fire on Fox Movies at 11pm.

In present day London, 12-year-old Quinn watches as his mother, a construction engineer, inadvertently wakes an enormous fire-breathing dragon from its centuries-long slumber. Twenty years later, much of the world has been scarred by the beast and its offspring. As a fire chief, adult Quinn (Christian Bale) is responsible for warding off the dragons and keeping a small community alive as they struggle to maintain a meager existence. Then along comes hot-shot American, Van Zan (Matthew McConaughey), who says he has a way to kill the dragons and save mankind.

SUNDAY (Feb 7)

Film - The Preacher's Wife on Star Movies at 8.30pm.

In this remake of 1947's The Bishop's Wife, Baptist preacher Henry Biggs (Courtney B. Vance) unknowingly pays too much attention to his congregation and not enough to his dedicated wife Julia (Whitney Houston) and son. Denzel Washington stars as Dudley, a flirtatious, sharp-dressed angel, who enters their lives to help the couple build a new church and rekindle their romance.

MONDAY (Feb 8)

Film - Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story on Fox Movies at 11pm.

Peter LaFleur (Vince Vaughn) is a charismatic underachiever and proprietor of a rundown gym called Average Joe's where the facility's eclectic clientele is decidedly less-than - "average Joes". Peter's humble gym catches the eye of White Goodman (Ben Stiller), the power-mullet-sporting, Fu-Manchu-ed, egomaniacal owner of Globo Gym. White wants to take over Joe's gym. Peter must now win over the his bank's foreclosure attorney and fight for what's his. How? With a showdown dodgeball competition against Globo.

TUESDAY (Feb 9)

Film - Unbreakable on Fox Movies at 11pm.

David Dunn (Bruce Willis) is a listless security guard returning by train to his home in Philadelphia. Though he loves his young son Joseph, his relationship with his equally depressed wife, Audrey, is just about over. Into this uneventful life comes a terrible train wreck and David is the lone survivour. The notoriety of his survival leads to an unsigned note on his windshield asking if he's ever been sick. Intrigued, Dunn not only investigates the history of his own health but also tracks down the man who left the message, comic-art dealer Elijah Price (Samuel L Jackson).
