The Indian Ladies' Association's (ILA) will host the Megamart Dandiya Dhamaka on October 7 at the Crowne Plaza Bahrain's Conference Centre in Manama from 8pm.
It will feature a performance by Dandiya DJ Yogi. Bahrain-based Aapka Paresh and radio RJ Just Juhi will be the event's masters of ceremony. Tickets are BD3. Prizes will be awarded in a number of categories at the event including best traditionally-dressed couple and child, dancer, as well as other categories.
The association will also host an evening for Sneha - 'Saath Saath' on November 4 at the Crowne Plaza Bahrain Hotel in Manama. Project Sneha is a programme for children with special needs of all nationalities and run free of cost. The event will feature a variety of entertainment followed by dinner. Stand-up comedian Ahsaan Qureshi from Mumbai, India, Bollywood playback singer Krishna Beura and Indian Idol star Priyanka Negi will entertain the audience.
