Training agreement sealed

GULF Aviation Academy (GAA), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company, has signed a training agreement with Bahrain Air. Starting this month, GAA will deliver aviation training services and facilities for the airline's flight crew.

The agreement was signed at GAA facilities in Bahrain by Bahrain Air chief operating officer Captain Ahmed Yaqubi and GAA chief executive officer Tim Shattock.

Through this agreement, GAA will facilitate training opportunities and services covering Airbus A320 theoretical and practical training for pilots and cabin crew personnel. The training will be conducted at the academy's facility in Muharraq in accordance with a curriculum provided by Bahrain Air and developed to meet Bahrain Civil Aviation Authority's requirements.
