International DJ Stevie George can be found entertaining the masses at Muju Lounge on Amwaj Island and many other places around Bahrain
This week I have turned my attention to The Royal Wedding of Prince Willy and Katy Baby, which for those of you who have recently been living on Mars and missed the announcement, is being held on Friday (the editor's birthday),
For such a prestigious occasion you can well imagine that a great deal of attention has been put into the music to be played throughout the whole day.
The band of the Coldstream Guards is set to entertain the crowds along the procession route to create a lively atmosphere.
In addition, more than five military bands from across the three services will be stationed at various points along the route from Buckingham Palace to Westminster Abbey.
For those of you unable to watch the wedding on your TV, fear not, for there is a Royal Channel Live Stream available on the usual 'You-Twit-My-Face' style social websites around the world.
Here is a list of the most requested wedding night disco hits:
Cyndi Lauper - Girls Just Wanna Have Fun
Madonna - Into The Groove
ABBA - Dancing Queen
Whitney Houston - I Wanna Dance With Somebody
Barry White - You're The First, The Last, My Everything
Roy Orbison - Pretty Woman
Grease Soundtrack - You're The One That I Want
But, may I offer a list of songs I'm pretty sure will not feature in either the Coldstream Guards performance, the actual service or the after wedding party:
Sex Pistols - God Save The Queen
Basshunters - Now You're Gone
Tiesto - Adagio For Strin
Darude - Sandstorm
SL2 - On A Ragga Tip
I will leave you with this thought: I am not a vegetarian because I love animals - I am a vegetarian because I hate plants.
