Reef Island is becoming a magnet for movers and shakers in the kingdom wanting contemporary-style living with a tight-knit community feel.

The freehold man-made island, located between Seef and Manama, has developed over the years into a luxurious dwelling for bachelors, couples and families.

Porta Reef offers property seekers stunning sea views and 30 floors of modern living. The project extends over a total area of 16,016sq/m and is divided into three towers with 150 units. There are 51 two-bedroom apartments, 93 three-bedroom and six penthouses.

According to chief executive officer of Star Real Estate, Ahmed Suleiman, Reef Island has a great potential to becoming a desirable urban residential centre with the facilities that are coming onboard on a daily basis. He said: “The prices have stabilised and expectation for rentals and sales has levelled out, which has increased the demand for Porta Reef.”

Star Real Estate has a two-bedroom apartment for sale within the eighth floor of Porta Reef’s Pearl Tower.
The 136sq/m apartment features trendy furniture, a spacious living and dining area and a beautiful view of Reef from the balcony.

The kitchen is kitted out with state-of-the-art appliances and there is a lavish guest closet. The bedrooms are large with built-in wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom also boasts a balcony. There is a laundry room as well which can be used for storage.

Porta Reef features an array of amenities such as a swimming pool with a sea view, a Jacuzzi and two gyms. There are plans for a private beach, restaurants, retail outlets and an exclusive yacht club within the development. Porta will also include a sea-front corniche, and a playground.

There is parking to accommodate 330 vehicles.
