Gulf Weekly Convenient location

The modern and inviting interiors, fantastic facilities as well as its central location continues to attract investors to the metropolitan freehold of Abraj Al Lulu.

According to Andreas Urban, a property consultant at Star Real Estate, the apartment complex is one of the top five properties in Bahrain.

He said: “In my opinion, the development is the best equipped, most conveniently located and features all the facilities a resident would want such as squash courts, basketball courts, swimming pools and numerous gyms.

“Another bonus is that the towers are within 2km of five shopping centres so tenants and owners are spoilt for choice.

“Abraj also recently opened a supermarket in the building as well adding even more convenience for residents.

“I guide my clients that work at Bahrain Financial Harbour or in Seef to the towers, as the proximity to these places and the central aspect really are the highlight of these apartments.”

Abraj Al Lulu is situated in the kingdom’s bustling Seef district nearby Bahrain Financial Harbour, Bahrain City Centre and other popular shopping malls. It is arguably now one of the most secure areas in the kingdom following the security clampdown.

It consists of three towers that cover an area of 18,600sq/m, two 50-storey towers and one 40-storey tower packed with all the amenities a resident could possibly want and need.

Between them, the three buildings – Gold Pearl Tower, Silver Pearl Tower and Black Pearl Tower – house over 860 one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments, 12 ‘Villas’ in the Sky’ and a full contingent of sports and recreational facilities.

In my opinion, the Gold and Silver towers are quite similar in design but differ in space and finishing. However, both layouts are sizable and comfortable. The Black tower is more state-of-the-art and high-end. It features top-of-the-line finishings and extra facilities that are not available in the Gold and Silver towers such as a cinema.

The amenities can be found on the first floors of the three towers. There is a large swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sun deck with patio furniture along with a toddler’s pool and play area for children. The landscaped play area, rock garden and waterfalls spread out over approximately 56,000sq/ft.

The terraces and other floors of the towers consist of many activities to keep home dwellers occupied.

There is a barbecue kitchen with furniture and equipment on the open terrace and plenty of indoor recreations such as a cinema lounge, a billiards table, table tennis, dart board and virtual reality sports games. The towers also house squash courts, basketball court, tennis court as well as a health spa for ladies and gents. Parking is not an issue at Abraj as there is a four-storey car park with room to accommodate more than 1,100 cars.
