A concert by Ars Antiqua de Paris will be held at the Golden Tulip Hotel at 7.30pm. The ensemble was founded in 1965 by Michel Sanvoisin (recorders) and Joseph Sage (counter tenor). The Aligarh Muslim University Alumni Association, Bahrain (AMUAAB) will host an international Urdu – Hindi poetry recital (Mushaira) at the Cultural Hall next to the Bahrain National Museum at 8pm. The Bahrain Triathlon Challenge will host the Olympic Triathlon including a Half Ironman Triathlon featuring a 1.9km swim, 90km bike and 21.1km run, a Sprint Triathlon featuring 750m swim, 20km bike and 5km run, Try-a-Tri featuring a 300m swim, 10km bike and 3km run and a 5km walkathon.
