Sport – ITU World Triathlon Series at 6.30pm on OSN Sports 3
OSN subscribers have a front seat to the sixth round of the 2012 ITU World Triathlon series in Stockholm, Texas. The ITU series attracts the planet’s top tri-athletes to its prestigious events around the globe. Each formidable race consists of a 1.5km swim, a 40km cycle and a 10km run. The ITU world champions will be crowned at the Grand Final in New Zealand from October 14 to 22.

Film – Julie and Julia at 7pm on MBC MAX
An amateur chef, Julie Powell, decides to cook every recipe from acclaimed celebrity chef Julia Child in order to chronicle it in a blog. She has 365 days to complete 524 recipes in one tiny apartment. Though both these women are separated by time and space, they discover that with the right combination of passion, fearlessness and butter, anything is possible.

Series – Top Chef at 5pm on MBC 4
Fifteen chefs go head-to-head in an on-camera competition to vie for the title of premier culinary maestro. The contestants must go through two phases. The first is a series of tests of their basic culinary skills and the second is the cutthroat elimination round that throws extreme obstacles in their paths. Above all else, contestants’ management, business and customer-service abilities are also evaluated.

Film – Glee: The Concert Movie at 8pm on OSN Premiere
The popular TV series Glee heads to the big screen with this live concert performance, inspiring many to embrace their inner ‘Gleek’. The concert is filmed in East Rutherford, New Jersey, during the cast’s Glee Live! In Concert! tour. It features behind-the-scenes footage and a set list of songs made famous from the show’s first and second seasons. The film also portrays the series’ influence on teenagers, including a young man struggling with his identity named Trenton, a girl who suffers from Asperger syndrome named Josey and a cheerleader with short stature, Janae.

Series – The Good Guys at 5pm on F Series
A promising but tact-challenged detective, Jack Bailey, has a habit of undermining himself and following all the rules. He ends up in a dead-end position partnered with a washed-up veteran, Dan Stark, who only hangs on to his job because of one heroic act he did years ago. Together they are stuck in small crimes, though their routine investigations often lead them into bigger cases and even bigger trouble.

Film – Win Win at 7pm on OSN Cinema
Mike Flaherty is a beleaguered attorney and a part-time wrestling coach. He believes he has discovered the perfect loophole to keep his practice in business by acting as the legal caretaker of an elderly customer. However, when his client’s troubled grandson approaches him looking for a place to stay, Mike’s brilliant plan hits an unexpected hitch. With his personal life in turmoil and both of his careers in jeopardy, Mike realises he needs to get creative to get out of his current predicament.

Series – Ultimate Survival at 3.05pm on Discovery
Bear Grylls travels around the globe to place himself in the most dangerous tourist locations and environments to show people how to survive when put into those situations. He climbs 100ft trees, descends 120ft waterfalls, meets snakes and braves perilous rivers in the Costa Rican rainforest. With his simple techniques and his knowledge of the wildlife, Bear is able to give viewers tips on how to survive.
