Discount on genuine parts and services

Suzuki Bahrain is celebrating the coming New Year with its latest After Sales Service Campaign that will provide its customers with maintenance at a cheaper rate.

Plans are underway for customers to receive a 20 per cent discount on all genuine parts and services in its workshop, which will start on January 1 and run for 45 days.

Ali Hassan, Suzuki Bahrain service manager, said: “The new campaign will be introduced early next year and will provide customers with a 20 per cent discount. This is a way of further improving our services as well as keeping clients happy.

“The quality and standards we have at Suzuki are excellent. We use genuine parts shipped in from Japan to ensure customers with better quality and longer use. Our communication between departments, in terms of delivery, is also fantastic.

“Over the years we have seen an increase in customers; therefore we decided to introduce new aspects to our service including road assistance, timely deliveries and a drop-off car service where we personally will pick up a car and return it when it’s ready. We also introduced a new special diagnostics tool four years ago, which is a special scan that computerises the car’s vitals and gives a full report for the technicians.

“On top of all that, our service is usually completed on the same day. The technicians arrange parts before the car arrives and start the job immediately.”

Suzuki’s service centre currently has 17 technicians working on between 12-20 cars a day from 7.30am to 4pm, six-days-a-week. They ensure that a road test is carried out before and after the service is completed.

Mr Hassan explained how the customer as well as quality always comes first. Employees call each customer after the service is completed to get their feedback and see where improvements should be made.

He said: “It is essential to ask for customer satisfaction to make changes to things they are concerned with. The new campaign will hopefully bring in more clients and satisfy the existing ones.”
