Formula One fans who have already bought tickets to the upcoming 2013 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix can now collect their ticket packs from the BIC stands at the Bahrain City Centre mall and Seef Mall, the Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) has said, adding that a spectacle of sport and entertainment awaits fans at the mega event.
Tickets for the April 19-21 gala weekend at the circuit in Sakhir are moving fast as the clock ticks down to the start of the action and fans can buy them for any of BIC’s strategically located grandstands, including the Main Grandstand, Batelco Grandstand, Turn One Grandstand, University Grandstand and Victory Grandstand. They are available for all three days of the Formula One weekend or for race day alone.
Tickets cost BD180 for the Main Grandstand for all three days of action and BD155 for race day alone. The Batelco Grandstand offers tickets at BD120 apiece for three days and BD105 for race day, while tickets to the Turn One Grandstand are BD80 for the weekend and BD70 for the Grand Prix, while University Grandstand tickets cost BD65 for all three days and BD55 for race day. Victory Grandstand tickets are priced at BD50 for the three-day weekend and BD40 for race day.
Whichever tickets are purchased, fans are sure to get the best value for money as the Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix promises a sport and entertainment event that will delight the entire family.
A ‘roaming ticket’ is also available at BD65 for those looking to experience all the vantage points of the track on the Friday alone.
Meanwhile, children aged three to 15 years receive a 50 per cent discount on each ticket, while school students aged 16 and 17 can get a 25 per cent discount. University students receive a 10 per cent discount.
People with special needs are offered a 25 per cent discount, as are senior citizens aged 60 and above.
