Nicki Minaj has been bringing out her inner diva on the current season of the hit reality singing competition American Idol.
From her on-camera feuds with Mariah Carey to her harsh comments to contestants, she’s become a headline-maker, but it looks like the rap star could be splashing her attitude around too much.
A source close to the show revealed that Nicki’s return may not be so easy: “The chances of Nicki returning to the show next season are slim to none, she is such a major headache with her behaviour and it’s really taxing on the crew.”
According to the Queens MC, it has been nothing like she expected. While she’s used to making headlines of her own, Minaj said she was surprised by just how much news the show generates every week.
American Idol airs on Thursdays and Fridays at 8pm on OSN First and OSN First HD.
