Gulf Weekly ABC drops Family Tools after it fails to attract viewers

COMEDY series Family Tools is being wrapped up this month following its one season flop.

After only a few episodes in the show was reportedly cancelled by ABC following scheduling conflicts which saw the show’s original 13 episodes cut down to 10.

The show’s star, Kyle Bornheimer, plays a man who returns home after a series of failures to his father’s hardware-handyman business.

Bornheimer said: “Premiering this May, the series brought in weak ratings, receiving merely 1.5 million viewers, marking Family Tools the lowest rated comedy debut ever for ABC.”
Family Tools airs at 6:30 on Thursday on OSN Comedy HD
