Film –The Bourne Legacy at 7.45pm on OSN Premiere +2 Aaron Cross is a genetically-enhanced operative in a secret programme called Outcome, which enhances subjects’ minds and bodies as long as they take special drugs supplied by the CIA. Cross miraculously escapes death but is running low on his magic pills. Consequently, he seeks out Dr Marta Shearing in an attempt to find more medication. They both find themselves on the run and without the drugs, they don’t stand a chance against the CIA who are hot on their trail.
Film – Sleepy Hollow at 9pm on OSN Movies Festival New York police constable Ichabod Crane arrives in the small village of Sleepy Hollow to solve a series of murders. With all the victims found with their heads missing, everybody in the town is talking about the ghost of the ‘headless horseman’. He is supposedly out in the woods seeking revenge for his murder many years ago. Crane, believing only in logic, refuses to believe the public’s theory and begins his investigations, only to find his faith shattered when he himself encounters the headless horseman.
Film – X-Men Origins: Wolverine at 5pm on MBC 2 HD Two mutant brothers, Logan and Victor, born 200 years ago, suffer childhood trauma and have only each other to depend on. They live their lives as fighters and killers, living from war to war through history. After learning of their unique ability to heal from virtually any injury, Colonel Stryker recruits them and other mutants as mercenaries. Logan grows tired of the killing and walks away from the group, falling in love with a local teacher. Years later, when Logan refuses to rejoin Stryker’s crew the colonel sends Victor to persuade him.
Film – Talladega Nights: The Ballad Of Ricky Bobby at 8pm on MBC MAX HD Ricky Bobby is a NASCAR speed-demon with a trophy wife, borderline-abusively precocious sons and an endless line of endorsement deals filling his mansion with toys and his driveway with sports cars. His racing partner and lifelong friend Cal Naughton, never fails to provide him with a hand on the racetrack. However, when his winning-streak is broken by flamboyant French Formula One driver Jean Girard, the trauma leaves him unable to drive. Things go from bad to worse as Ricky’s wife takes his money, Cal takes his wife and he’s forced to move back home with his mother and long-estranged father. The girls must band together against the anonymous foe whilst trying to unravel the mystery of the murder of their best friend.
Series – 2 Broke Girls at 10pm on MBC4 Max is a sassy girl with attitude who works as a waitress in a Brooklyn diner. Caroline is the daughter of a Ponzi king who is now in jail and she’s broke. She gets a job working at the diner alongside Max and a few colourful characters such as Mr Han, the owner, and Garrett Morris. Max has a soft side and welcomes Caroline reluctantly into her life and home. Together the two work on saving up money to launch Max’s cupcake business.
Series – Raising Hope at 6.30pm on OSN Comedy HD The Chance family find themselves adding an unexpected new member to their household. Jimmy must raise his infant daughter Hope with his parents after her mother ends up on death row for killing her multiple boyfriends. Jimmy works at the local supermarket and still lives at home with his parents, including his grandmother. He meets Sabrina, a cheeky clerk in the supermarket and a relationship ensues.
