Film – Cars 2 at 6.30pm on Star Movies HD
After Mater gets his best friend Lightning McQueen a spot in the first World Grand Prix, he is given the job of pit crew chief. In Japan, Mater crosses paths with Holly Shiftwell, a spy searching for another spy. Shiftwell thinks that Mater is the one she is looking for and things go wrong for the tow truck from then on. Shiftwell and another spy, Finn McMissile, take Mater around the world to find and stop an evil plot created by the lemons, old cars that are considered ugly.

This animated comedy follows the adventures of the Griffin household. The family includes Peter, the obnoxious father, Lois, the loving mother, their son Chris, who is too often confused, their annoying daughter Meg, Brian, a pessimistic talking dog and evil genius baby, Stewie. The Griffins’ neighbours include whiny, self-loathing Cleveland, paraplegic policeman Joe Swanson and the local pervert Glen Quagmire.

After Johnny Carson’s retirement from the show, Jay Leno stepped in as his permanent replacement and has been a laugh riot ever since. He has continued with the regular format of the show, which includes a humorous monologue as the opener, followed by several celebrity interviews, comedy sketches and musical numbers. However, Leno has added his own style as he touches on relevant news and funny antidotes.

Garden gnomes Gnomeo and Juliet are from completely different gardens that have been feuding for as long as they can remember. When the humans aren’t looking, the neighbouring gnomes are up to no good, fighting amongst themselves and at times wrecking the yard. One evening, Gnomeo sets his sights on the beautiful Juliet  and suddenly their feud becomes pointless. However, the star-crossed lovers have to keep their love a secret or else more than just sparks will fly with their families. Together they must overcome the odds.

When Charlie, a jingle-writing bachelor passes away, he leaves his Malibu beach house to his uptight chiropractor brother Alan and his nephew, Jake. Alan, who can’t afford to stay in the house, sells it to an eccentric billionaire, Walden. The tycoon then takes pity on Alan and asks him and Jake to stay with him. Together, these three characters face the challenge of keeping sane at home.

Small town sheriff Rick Grimes awakens from a coma to find a post-apocalyptic world dominated by flesh-eating zombies. He heads to Atlanta to search for his family, narrowly escaping death at every turn. When he arrives, another survivor, Glenn, takes him to a camp outside the town. There Rick finds his wife Lori, son Carl, his partner and best friend Shane and a small group of survivors. Together they fight for survival.

Hotel Transylvania, Dracula’s lavish five-stake resort, is free to monsters and their families that want to live it up because even monsters deserve a vacation from humans. On one special weekend, Dracula invites some of the world’s most famous monsters to celebrate his daughter Mavis’s 118th birthday. For Dracula, catering to all of these legendary monsters is no problem but his world could come crashing down when one ordinary guy stumbles upon the hotel and develops a crush on his daughter.
