Detox is ... being alkaline

Did you know that health increases and improves when you become more alkaline?

For this reason, we have to make sure that the water we drink on a daily basis is alkaline. This way, water is also helping us to become and to stay alkaline.

So the pH level of the water should be 7.5 or higher. Even eight, nine, or 10.

The biggest benefit of alkaline water is that it can absorb fat more effectively so we can easily get rid of excess weight.

And because some toxins are stored in fat, that means we will also effectively get rid of these toxins and improve our health.

Also, try in your daily routine to make your life more alkaline. For example, avoid acid-promoting foods such as animal products, fried foods and sugar.

It also helps to try and avoid negative emotions like anger or sadness because these all make the blood more acidic instead of alkaline.

To make your blood more alkaline, have more fruits, vegetables, salads. And, don’t forget positive emotions like happiness, love, and laughter.
