When you think of exercise, do you find yourself thinking of what you’re going to wear for the workout or what shoes you’ll be wearing?


Let me make things easier for you.
New research has changed the direction of exercise shoes, because it showed that the best shoes for working out are… no shoes!
When you walk or run barefoot, your weight is distributed better on muscles and joints. There is no pressure on the spinal cord because the foot lands on the middle and not on the heal. And, the best part is that the feet have pressure points that we naturally press when we walk barefoot which correlate to different organs and various parts of the body, as if its giving you a full body (and organ) massage.
So try to spend more of your time barefoot, especially in the garden.  And when the time comes for exercise, try to stay barefoot or choose shoes that are completely flat. 
Give barefoot exercise a chance because when it comes to health, the more we get back to nature the better!
