These days it seems like there’s a burger fad. Everybody is talking about this or that burger. But aren’t you tired of all the meat burgers?
If there were a tasty burger without meat, would you try it?
There are many ways to make a veggie burger at home. I’ll give you the easiest method so you can try it quickly.
Mix cooked brown lentils with onions, coriander and spices. You can also mix in any grated vegetables such as carrots and courgettes. Add an egg to the mix to help it stick. And make burger-shaped patties out of the mixture.
Cover the patties in bread crumbs or oats and cook them in the pan on low heat in a bit of olive oil.
And the best part is that you can serve it with a basic salsa of chopped onions and tomatoes. It’s easy, it’s quick, and it’s delicious.
Let’s start a new fad; the veggie burger fad!
