Most commercial drinks are full of sugar and artificial colourings and flavourings, which means they cause adverse health effects.
But there’s a solution. The solution comes in an idea. The idea of natural ginger ale.
Ginger has many health benefits. It strengthens immunity and helps the body get rid of toxins. And its benefits increase when it’s raw.
The first step is juicing the ginger. Peel it and juice it and then pour its juice in ice cube trays to freeze.
Once frozen, fill a jug half with water (still or sparkling) and the other half with apple juice (preferably the kind with no sugar or preservatives) or even freshly squeezed apple juice.
And the best step, take one or two cubes of your frozen ginger juice and add to the mix.
Add regular ice as needed. Serve it cold.
