Dadabhai Miknas Properties announced plans to launch a new BD17 million freehold residential project - 'Crystal Heights' - in Juffair.

Conceived and designed by Dadabhai Construction and internationally-renowned architects, Crystal Heights will boast of a mixed concept with a unique design structure comprising of turning blocks.

Spread over a plot area of 24,410 square feet and a building construction area of 322,895 square feet the housing project will be marketed by Pegasus Realty. Habib Modara Consultants will be the lead consultants for the project.

The Crystal Heights project will comprise 150 apartments which include two duplex penthouses. The project is spread over 26 floors with 172 parking bays.

Key facilities and amenities that will form a part of the residential development include a large swimming pool with Jacuzzi, toddlers' pool, plus a ladies and gents executive health club. The project is likely to take two years to complete.
