Zayani Motors donated a 2008 Mitsubishi Outlander to the American Women's Association (AWA) fund-raiser, Cherry Tree Trot.
The car is jointly sponsored by Zayani Motors and Intercol. Joining AWA president Mona Omar at the presentation were US Ambassador Adam Ereli, Intercol deputy director Ali Alwazzan, Zayani Motors managing director Nawaf Al Zayani and general manager Mark Kenworthy. The Outlander was donated as first prize for the biannual fund-raiser's Lucky Draw.
"This donation will make it possible for AWA to sell many tickets," said 2008 Lucky Draw chairperson Carmel O'Loughlin.
The event will be held at the Bahrain International Circuit, on February 29. Lucky Draw ticket sales will begin in January and will continue until the day of the event.
