Hala Zubari is instructing Bahrain’s first Beginners Cheerleading Camp every Sunday and Thursday until Tuesday at Oxygen Gym, Barbar. Children aged four to seven can attend the Mini Lulus Class from 9am-10am and for ages eight to 16 the Junior Danas from 11am-1pm. FOOTGOLF continues to grow in popularity at the Royal Golf Club with scores of players heading to Riffa Views every Sunday evening to participate.

This fast-growing sporting craze combines football and golf with players kicking a football into giant-sized cups on a golf course in as few shots as possible.
The competitions kick off at 7pm under floodlights on the main Colin Montgomerie-designed course and are open to all.

‘We are now getting 60 to 70 people each Sunday - it’s really taking off!” explained Sue Addison, senior marketing & PR manager.
