I read your front page article last week headlined ‘Honesty counts’ with interest.

What women want is quite a conundrum indeed. I would hasten to add that if you are a man and you are doing the right thing today, it will probably be the wrong thing tomorrow.

The problem with women, I have found to my cost, is that they are prone to changing their minds.

Please kindly be informed that the October meeting of the Bahrain Writers’ Circle will be held at 7.30pm on October 13 at Coral Bay, located on the Al Fateh Highway, Manama.

We have changed our BWC meetings to Tuesdays instead of Mondays although the Poetry Circle meeting remains on a Wednesday.

The Bahrain Writers’ Creative Workshop will take place at the same location and time on October 20. Newcomers are welcome!
