The eighth edition of the Bahrain Summer Festival, themed Your Destination Bahrain, is continuing with a line-up of activities staged at the Cultural Hall for the entire family to enjoy.

The event is part of a larger initiative aimed at promoting the kingdom as a pioneering hub for cultural tourism, both regionally and globally.

The festival wraps up tomorrow with Spanish singer and choreographer Luis de la Carrasca and his Flamenco Vivo Company, pictured right. The dance and musical show, open to children aged 10 and above, is being held in cooperation with the French Embassy and Alliance Francaise. It starts at 8pm.

The Nakhool Tent, located near the National Museum, will also provide a fun environment for children and adults with a full programme of interactive workshops, events and competitions with festival mascots, Nakhool and Nakhoola.

All festival shows are free and open to the public. Full details of the festival shows and Nakhool Tent are available at www.bahrainsummer.bh and the official social media channels - BahrainSummer on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and via The Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA) Bahrain Culture mobile app.
