Donald Trump continues to fly high as a candidate for the Republican nomination for President of the United States in the 2016 election.

The ‘rich demon’ (as some of my family call him), is hardly endearing himself to the Middle East with his rhetoric.

Trump knows how to spend money. At first he buys a golf course and plays with golden golf balls, then he buys a jet because, it was reported, he ‘needed some bling in his life’.

Perhaps it was around this point that he ran out of golden toilet paper and decided: ‘maybe, I should be president next’?

In my opinion, people shouldn’t be able to buy power … they should earn it.

You should not listen to people based on the size of their wallet or who have an over-exaggerated belief that their country is supreme on a global scale, in my opinion. That has echoes of a very worrying part of history no-one would wish repeating.

Maybe, if he goes on to win the presidency, it will give the American people a chance to look back at their mistakes and not repeat them. And, hopefully, those living outside the US will not have ended up paying too high a price for their lesson.
