Ashley Price and playing partner Hanne Hansen narrowly won the penultimate competition of the current Porsche Monday Madness Night Golf Series at the Royal Golf Club with a score of 24 on countback.
The duo of Dena Wales and Dagfrid Berge clinched second place with the same score and Steve Foster and Daniel Ortiz were third, also with the same score.
Rob Lane and Nils Berge currently top the series order of merit with 12 points with just one more competition left to play. The pairings of Jamie Bowen and Mike Brightmore and Alistair Rushton and Kyran Ingham sit close behind with eight points apiece.
More than 25 golfers competed in the two player better ball stableford tournament which was played under floodlights on the back 9 holes of the challenging Montgomerie championship course.
The evening was rounded off with a prize presentation ceremony in the club’s Members’ Lounge where Ben Stimson, the club’s golf sales manager, was on hand to present the prizes on behalf of Porsche Centre Bahrain.
