Al Haddad Motors showcased the C-Class family at its showroom over the weekend delighting lovers of the marque with a grand prix-inspired motoring spectacular in Tubli.
The event helped showcase the various models with their different variant colours and specifications and the circuit lights display added to the big race ambiance.
Special deals were also a major enticement too. Al Haddad’s marketing manager Imran Ali explained: “The weekend event gave buyers an opportunity to purchase the C-Class and get up to BD1,000 cashback.
“The Al Haddad Motors team thought that this would be the best time to rollout the C-Class family since the grand prix is the most awaited event of the year and is just round the corner!
“We also wanted to treat Mercedes-Benz fans with amazing deals on the range of models. Every customer who took a test drive went home with a special ‘goody bag’ gift.
“This is the best time to buy as we have a lot of offers coming in. There’s so much of a buzz around the kingdom and nowhere more so than here, the home for Mercedes-Benz in Bahrain.”
The C-Class has already won a lot of friends and admirers across the globe with Top Gear, for example, highlighting its comfort, solidity, dynamic consistency and ‘easy to use tech’.
The Mercedes-AMC option also perfectly embodies the core of the performance and sports car brand and now offers, in the guise of the Saloon, Estate, Coupé and Cabriolet, even more agility and an upgraded interior with extended individualisation options.
“Add to that a dizzying array of engines, the availability of four-wheel drive and your choice of body styles, and you have the potential to lose weeks in the Merc dealer trying to figure out which car you want to buy,” one motoring scribe joked.
Mind you, that’s not such a bad thing in Bahrain as the team at Al Haddad was in top form, particularly the impressive passenger car sales consultant Yazen Na’il who showed GulfWeekly around the huge display of motoring delights with impressive brand knowledge and a friendly, approachable style.
Other fans include Auto Express which waxed lyrical, saying: “The updates bestowed on the new Mercedes C-Class see Merc’s compact executive challenger return right to the sharp end of the class in style. It is a strong all-round package and, particularly if your priorities are comfort, equipment and running costs, the latest version won’t disappoint.”
So convinced, the C-Class was named its Compact Executive Car of the Year.
The best-selling model from Mercedes-Benz has been continually honed. It’s an approach that is also taken by elite athletes, who train day after day to refine and improve their performance, say its designers. “This is the sportiest and most dynamic C-Class of all time,” added Natanael Sijanta, director global marketing communications Mercedes-Benz Cars, added.
The choice is yours and the prices vary depending on the model and spec with the C-200 Avant displaying a starting price of BD18,298 and the C-300 Coupe at BD23,132, as a couple of examples, including VAT.
And there’s more treats in store at Al Haddad Motors throughout the coming weeks. There will be a lot of Formula One related surprises, and even the chance to pick up prized tickets to the big race weekend motorsport carnival being staged at the Bahrain International Circuit at the end of the month. As the Silver Arrows’ world champion Lewis Hamilton might say: ‘Just champion!’
