Diyar Al Muharraq, one of the leading urban developers in Bahrain, has staged an exclusive preview of its latest addition to its masterplan Deerat Al Oyoun.
The project will benefit from the Ministry of Housing Mazaya programme deal that was recently signed between the two parties.
The viewing took place in Diyar Al Muharraq’s sales office and interested community members were welcomed by chief executive officer Dr Maher Al Shaer.
Deerat Al Oyoun will be located on the north west of Diyar Al Muharraq on a land size of 1.2 million square metres. It is considered an ‘ideal residential area’ with integrated community service centres and green park spaces, and enjoys a strategic position due to its proximity to schools, shopping malls, public beaches, walkways, cycle paths, recreational facilities, mosques, medical facilities and a modern transportation network.
However, the project will only be available to Bahraini nationals through the ministry’s Mazaya scheme.

Diyar Al Muharraq will offer a range of housing options and its developers promise a ‘quality lifestyle’ for residents of the town.
There are plans to build 1,000 two-storey-plus properties.
Building is likely to start either at the end of this year or early 2017 with the project set for completion by next December.
The 185sqm three-bedroomed homes on 255sqm plots are priced at BD120,000. The first phase of building with see around 130 completed.
