The Bahrain Financial Harbour hosted another free ‘Where’s Baloo?’ event due to public demand on Monday and youngsters joined in the event by sketching images of the kingdom’s favourite mutt.
Baloo, the adorable chocolate brown rescue dog brings joy and laughter to pupils at RIA Centre for Children with Special Needs in Adliya, and is also the star of a newly-published short story, as featured recently of the front page of GulfWeekly.
He appeared at the Harbour Gate with illustrator Sunanda Docherty and author Sarah Clarke where more fans snapped up signed copies of Where’s Baloo? As a result of the successful sales of the BD3 book The Whisperer is glad to announce that so far BD1,512 has been raised for RIA with more to come. Well done!
