Bahrain-based “fusionary” designer label Moda Vestire has unveiled its summer and Eid Al Adha collections, encompassing light and bright colours, breathable fabrics and bold accessories that suit every environment.
The brand, which was founded by husband and wife duo Adnan and Nazia Mustafa and recently featured in Los Angeles-based fashion magazine QP, boasts a range of Middle-Eastern, Indo-Pak and Asian clothing that is just as comfortable to wear at home as it is fashionable for a drive around the city or a small get-together.
Nazia told GulfWeekly: “The summer and Eid Al Adha of 2020 is all about bold accessories that will draw attention away from the mask and gloves which we are encouraged to wear. These can be noticed from a distance and make a statement with the right outfit.
“One of my favourite outfits from the summer and Eid collections is an in-house designed hand-woven silk Banarasi “lehenga” or skirt. I pair this with a Vipul Shah Gypsy belt and hand-crafted banjara clutch, in addition to gold and silver bangles, which make the entire ensemble pop.”
Jordanian designer, Reema Dahbour, has helped design many of the pieces in the summer collection. Among the highlights is a stunning baby pink cocktail dress, which will impress just as much in small gatherings as video conference meetings.
