Bahraini national team player Sultan Al Hakam cruised to victory in the fourth monthly Porsche Golf Cup Series tournament at the Royal Golf Club with a gross score of 70.
Fellow national team player Nasser Yaqoob took the runners up spot with 74 gross. Carter Alexander also enjoyed an easy victory, winning the nett section of the popular series with a score of 65 nett while Rob Lane took second place on count back with a nett score of 71. All four players will be presented with Porsche goody bags at a prize-giving evening on June 30.
Mohammed Al Sayed continues to top both the gross and nett sections of the series leader board after four rounds with scores of 322 and 306 respectively while Barry Hobday continues to hold second place in both categories with scores of 331 and 307 respectively.
Around 80 players took part in this month’s individual strokeplay tournament. The series consists of seven rounds and each player’s best six scores out of seven will represent their final score. All competitors will have the opportunity to win in either the gross or nett categories.

Gross: 1st Sultan Al Hakam (70), 2nd Nasser Yaqoob (74). Nett: 1st Carter Alexander (65), 2nd Rob Lane (71 c/b).
