New mobile app for guests

Elite Hospitality Group has launched its new mobile app, which not only assists the company’s guests to book rooms, order food and request for services, but also quickly discover what interesting events are happening in the kingdom.

A launch event was held at the Elite Crystal Hotel in Juffair. It was attended by Elite Group’s senior management, media representatives and celebrity guests including Bahrain TV personality Hassan Mohammad and popular Bahraini star Marwa Khalil.

During the event, Elite Hospitality Group App’s features were presented with a real time download and a booking was made through the app.

Sarosh Aibara, COO of Elite Hospitality Group said: “Elite Hospitality’s mobile app is developed to encourage our loyal and regular guests to book directly and easily, and to engage with them regularly.

“It shall provide unique offers and packages and tailor-made personalised deals for our guests, who will also be able to book and order various services and requests directly from this app which is in Arabic and English. We partnered with Easy Stay from Spain to get all these features active and will continue to upgrade this app.”

The app is available to download now on Android and iOS. It also provides local city highlights, driving directions and updates on local events.
