Motorcity, Isuzu vehicle distributors in the kingdom, was awarded Gold Category Awards in both service and spare parts division categories at the Isuzu Motors Middle East Dealer Standard Awards ceremony in Dubai for its ‘outstanding operations’.
The departments were evaluated based on its service and parts facility, customer satisfaction, inventory, training, records management and other criteria.
