MANAMA: Musically the eighties were about as diverse a time as has ever been.
House music was all about smiley faces and all night partying in a wet muddy field. Ska and Reggae music where kept alive throughout the 80’s by groups such as Madness and the Specials. Prince was still Prince, and not yet a symbol. Madonna ruled as queen of the pop charts, and Live Aid was born.
