The 7th Annual Bahrain Financing Company Filipino Club Basketball Group (FCBG) finals were held last Friday at the Muharraq Club.

The Hungry Hamours Basket Ball Team had a hard-fought win over the top ranked Charms & Senses team with a score of 95 – 85.
The Hungry Hamours Team consisted of 11 players from all nationalities.  The top scorer from the team was Roger Nicholas with a tournament high of 41 points.
The team was cheered on by the strong and loud Hamours supporters that came out in hordes to see their favorite team play and win. The Hamours was co-sponsored by Motorox Café who provided the team with their gear.
The coach of the Hungry Hamours, David Willis, said: “I am delighted that we won over the top ranked Charms & Senses Team, as they have been the team to beat for such a long time. We have put in such dedication and I am proud to celebrate this victory with my team.
“We will be coming back even stronger in the next tournament.  I would also like to thank the Filipino Club along with their sponsors for organizing such a competitive event.”
The next tournament will start in June.
