I remember you asked us to let you know if we had found somewhere in Bahrain with good service. I want to tell you that the Costa Coffee staff in Adliya is always smiling, polite and chatty. Even if they are busy they are cheerful, remember their customer’s favourite drink and keep the tables clean and tidy. I can always find a copy of the GulfWeekly there so of course I am happy! Thanks for letting us know about your happy experience. I love a good Americano myself and I also love the fact that I can have it in a cup at Costa Coffee as I really hate those mugs that some coffee shops use. Of course superior coffee shops will also ‘serve’ the GulfWeekly! Congratulations to the staff there and I hope other readers will write in and share their experiences of outstanding customer service in the kingdom.
