Sheraton Bahrain Hotel this week celebrated the launch of Al RaouchŽ Lebanese restaurant.

The management aims to offer diners to experience the "delightful flavours of Lebanese cuisine accompanied by splendid, live entertainment".

Serving mouth-watering Lebanese preparations in a vibrant ambience, Al RaouchŽ has traditional Lebanese musicians and singers along with mesmerising performances by an Oudh player.

A selection of popular Lebanese mezze (cold and hot appetizers) and Arabic breads, prepared in traditional and exclusive ways are on the restaurant's menu.

Further, customary favourites on the menu include 'Shanklish', 'Basterma', 'Mouhamara', 'Hommos bil lahmeh', 'Sujuk', 'Arayess', 'Namourah', 'Ashtah with honey' along with popular Lebanese beverages.

A blend of contemporary design with traditional elements, the dŽcor of Al RaouchŽ is reminiscent of the Lebanese ethos - a combination of East and West.

Pastel colours offset by matte gold trimmings, warm orange glass lamps suspended from the ceiling, crystal curtains and burnt-red upholstery reflect this subtle fusion.

Comfortable seating placed in a circular set offer better views of the entertainment presented by the performers. Further, alcoves built around the wall of the restaurant provide the option of intimate seating spaces.

A restaurant spokesman said: "An inviting atmosphere, complemented by authentic cuisine makes Al RaouchŽ the place to unwind and enjoy after a hard day."

For more information about Al RaouchŽ please call Sheraton Bahrain Hotel on 17533533. Located in the 'Heart of Manama' the hotel comprises of 256 guest rooms of which 194 have recently been completely renovated.
