HEAD Chef Claude Younes was born and brought up in Beirut, Lebanon and always enjoyed cooking in the kitchen with his parents.
He inherited a traditional love for cooking from his father, also a chef by profession, and he decided to follow in his footsteps.
Chef Claude began his culinary journey with the popular 'Burj Al Hammam' in Beirut and went on to work for many other prestigious Lebanese restaurants. With a rich experience of 20 years, Chef Claude is now a master craftsman of Lebanese cuisine.
At Al RaouchŽ, Chef Claude presents a menu true to the taste of Lebanese cuisine. He believes that it is a healthy option too because it provides a wholesome diet with an interesting mix of vegetables and meats in delightful flavours.
