Bahrain's tallest freehold residential development, Era Tower, has secured a record number of sales in recent months due to the distinctive characteristics and eminent designs of the development's architects and interior designers.
More than 80 per cent of the development has already been sold, officials have announced.
Era Tower, which is set to reach a staggering 50 storeys-high, is being developed by Bahrain-based real estate development company, Era Projects.
Era Tower's foundations lie in the prestigious Seef district, in close proximity to all major shopping malls, hotels and major bank headquarters.
The development has proved a hit with home-buyers and property investors and incorporates one, two and three bedroom apartments that vary in size from 71 sqm to 176 sqm.
Each apartment has a unique design of its own, tailored according to resident's preferences.
Four floors of parking are also planned which will accommodate more than 480 cars.
In addition, there will be ample parking for visitors.
Two whole floors of the development will be dedicated to relaxation and leisure. Residents will be able to enjoy two gyms, a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a children's playground, picnic area, jogging track, and scenic waterfalls, as well as separate areas for men and women.
The development is expected to be completed by the end of 2010.
Era Tower is the latest venture in Era Project's large and reputable portfolio.
Established in 2001, the company has developed a myriad of impressive projects and millions of dollars of real estate projects have been completed over the past few years.
