Neoclassical or 'new classical' architecture describes buildings that are inspired by the classical architecture of ancient Greece and Rome.

Beaux Arts is one approach used by designers featuring tall columns, grand stairways, long balconies, and lavish decorative finishes. Due to the size and grandiosity of the building, the Beaux Arts-style was most commonly used for public buildings like museums and libraries. However, the style was slowly implemented in family homes in suburban communities such as Saar.

Located behind the new St Christopher School lies a majestic Beaux Arts villa protected by high walls, Romanesque pillars and a large iron- rod gate.

The modern family home is also nearby a stable filled with Arabian horses, a shopping mall and Saar Cinema.

The three-storey villa is made up of large windows, high ceilings and features an abundance of stairways leading to different parts of the house.

Tiles make up the front of the home while a delightful garden is situated at the rear, along with an outside kitchen area, maid's quarters and driver's room. The villa also boasts a private swimming pool and a double car garage.

Privacy and security is a trait often used throughout the design of this beige and white villa. The interior is luxurious in design with chandeliers, marble flooring and silk curtains draping the windows. With plenty of room to roam, the villa has enough natural light seeping through to make every room light and bright.

The villa boasts six bedrooms; the blank walls acting as an empty canvas waiting for the new homeowner's to express their individuality.

The second floor is made up of parquet flooring, three sizable bedrooms and a cosy family room. All bedrooms are equipped with built-in closets, however, one has an ensuite bathroom while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom.

This home is all about comfortable living even though it is large in size. As a result parents can enjoy some space of their own and the children have enough room to play in harmony.

Entertain guests in your grand living room or have a fancy dinner party in your airy dining room. Also, with the school and amenities nearby, you will not have to travel far to fulfil the demands of family life.
