The Alliance Franaise de Bahre•n will celebrate its 40th birthday with various events lined up between March 19 and 21.
On Thursday, March 19 an art exhibition '6 ways to say Thank you' will be open displaying work by six foreign artists including photographs by Bill Akwa BŽtot and Karel Steiner, paintings and engraving by Yu Jen-Chih and paintings by Vladimir Kara, Pierre Pentchev and Masha S at 7pm at La Maison Jamsheer, Muharraq.
On March 20 an open market will be held with French and Bahraini products and services, an exhibition visit by artist Mascha S, courses to try, information on French studies in Bahrain and France, information on French speaking countries, a movie for children, live music and catering from 2pm to 6pm at the Alliance Franaise, Isa Town
March 21 will present a concert and gala dinner at the Golden Tulip hotel, Manama at 7.30pm featuring musicians Thibault Cauvin, Domenico Scarlatti, Roland Dyens, Sergio Assad, Philippe Cauvin and Carlo Domeniconi.
