"Construction began in March, 2009, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2010.
"This year, we are planning to launch several other projects, including the Al Fareeda project in Saar.
"Al Saraya Properties has achieved remarkable success in the past and has been able to build milestones in the construction of real estate in the Kingdom. I am confident that the company will continue to grow as a model in this region for generations to come."
