Riffa Views won 5-star Awards for Best Golf Real Estate Development and Best Marketing Campaign and a 4-star Award for Best Development Website at the recent CNBC Arabian Property Awards 2009.
During the past 18 months, the real estate sector has been adversely impacted by the global economic slowdown and Alfredo Laffitte, CEO of Riffa Views, believes the accolades provide a boost for everyone buying into the Bahrain dream.
He said: "Being recognised in such challenging times proves that Riffa Views continues to be a leading development and highlights the position of Bahrain as a strong player in the Middle East real estate market.
"Riffa Views along with all the developments in Bahrain are key agents of positive change in the country and the region. These awards recognise the value and efforts not only of Riffa Views but of all other developers that have helped elevate Bahrain as a residential destination."
Stuart Shield, CNBC Property Awards organiser, added: "These awards not only draw the most dynamic companies to participate, they also help identify those in the strongest position to lead the recovery in this important business sector."
Entries were judged by a panel of professionals including Peter Bolton King, group chief executive of the National Federation of Property Professionals, Thijs Stoffer, International Consortium of Real Estate Agents Association; Helen Shield, editor-in-chief of International Homes magazine and Gillian Farr, head of design of Laura Ashley Home.
